FOR FAMILIES & LOVED ONES
When a loved one is addicted to alcohol, opioids, heroin, meth, prescription pills, gambling, video gaming, or raging, it affects the family and the children. When we accept that we can only control ourselves and are not responsible for another person’s actions, we can separate our love for them from their substance use. We still love them, we can still help them, but we don’t have to hold their pain.
Sharing our experiences helps us understand that we aren't alone.
